He is survived by: his wife Carlene Kay Vogel; his children, Paul Mastel and Pamela Astrup (Kenneth); his grandchildren, Lindsey of Fargo, Cailen of Fargo and Anika of Fargo; his siblings, Delores Hulm of Strasburg, ND, Alvina Voller (Willie) of Mobridge, SD, Willie Mastel (Virginia) of Dickinson, ND, Leo Mastel (Rita) of Strasburg, ND and Gene Mastel (Marlene) of Mandan, ND; and his sister-in-law Angie Mastel of Ellendale, ND. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred to Pray for Gray, Lend A Hand, or the Shanley Athletic Club.
