He is survived by: his wife Judy Dockter; his children, Jody Huizenga (Curt Reeff), Jill Holzer (Paul) and Jack Dockter (Connie); his grandchildren, Haleigh Ryckman (Mason), Erik, Ryan, Nathan Holzer, Hunter, Harris Huizenga, Allie and Zach Dockter; his great grandchild Bryson Ryckman; his sisters, Goldie Nerpel (Bill) and Jan Smith (Richard); and his siblings-in-law, Terry Gimbel, Brian Sauter (Toni) and Linda Schumacher (Mike). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
