He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Tyler and Crystal (Shane); his siblings, Pam (David), Roy (Barb), Rick, Paul (Patty) and Dave; and his pets, Angel, Rocky and Starlight. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
