She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis Mashek and Hattie Mashek (Heyen). She is survived by: her children, Richard (Cynthia), Janice, Susan, Robert and Pamela (Steven); her husband Raymond Novotny; and her siblings, Lyle, Harold, James, Edward, Harlan, Doris, Edith, Carol and Beverly. She is also survived by children and grandchildren.
