He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Johnson and Marilyn Johnson (Halverson); his grandparents, Gordon, Mary Halverson, Clebert and Cordia Johnson; his uncle Curtis Johnson; his cousin Rick Halverson; and his stepgrandmother Nora Halverson.
He is survived by: his brother Scott (Melanie Strand); his uncles, Wally Halverson (Diane) and Lyle Halverson (Sandra); and his cousins, Julie Mauch (Chad), Deana Halverson, Rachel Halverson, Heather Halverson (Gary), Kathleen Halverson and Curtis Johnson Jr..
