He is survived by: his wife Denise Fleck; his son Josh (Sheena); his grandchildren, Gracie, Brody, Vada, Autumn and Holden Hoffman of Lehr; his daughter Greta Hoffman of Minneapolis, MN; and his siblings, Ron Hoffman (Sandy) of Jamestown, ND and Marion Hoffman (Kristy Glaesman) of Denver, CO.
