She was predeceased by: her mother Marylou Odden (Smith); her husband Bruce Holmes; her father Ted Odden; her parents-in-law, Wayne and Norma Holmes; and her brothers-in-law, David, Steven Holmes and Darwin Moen.
She is survived by: her children, Melanie Holzbauer (Jay) of New Richmond, WI and Shawn Holmes (Kimberly) of Fargo, ND; her grandchildren, Philip James Kraft, Ariel, Javen Holzbauer, Brody and Ryder Holmes; her sister Judy Moen; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Holmes, Kathy Holmes and Shelly Holmes. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
