He is survived by: his children, Jessica Hjelden (Bryan Wilhelmi), Patrick Burris (Kerrie), Amie DeMontigny (Kenton) and Joshua Elverud (Tina); his grandchildren, Mason, Maddison, JayKob, Adelaide, Kaleb, Khloe, Kinley, Lincoln, Lilli, Ryder, Kane and Kimber; his siblings, Dale Elverud (Connie), Alan Elverud (Melanie), Jayne Nieman (Tony) and Julie Christenson (Paul); and his siblings-in-law, Shelli Elverud, Kathy Schwols (Charlie), Wendy Lawrence (Gerald), Pamela Ross (Rick) and Douglas Hjelden. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews and many great nieces and great nephews.
