He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Adelia Kelly (Anderson); and his brothers, John, Jim, Kenny, Denny and Rodney.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Kelly of Lawton; his children, John Kelly of Langdon, ND, James Kelly (Ashley Knofler) of Kansas City, MO and Shannon Kelly of Mesa, AZ; and his siblings, Dale Kelly (Judy) of Kansas City, MO, Marcia Nelson (Ed) of Minneapolis, MN and Colleen Thompson of Garrison, ND. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
