She is survived by: her children, Jody Samuels (Dennis), Steven Balek (Kathy) and Becky Balek; her grandchildren, Megan Carlson (Dayton), Justin Carlson (Alyssa), Mary Beth and Robert Balek; her great grands, Paige, Ava, Makayla, Eloise and Blake Carlson; her sisters, Dorothy Evenson and LaVonna Bergland; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Jean Burchfield, Loretta Keisacker and Mike Utt. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
