He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank and Margie; and his sister Brenda Kay Stuard Williams. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Bain Stuard; his children, Amber Stuard, Tracey Smith (Gene) and Mark Clayton (Tamy); his siblings, Danny Stuard (Josephine), Frank Stuard, Jr. (Lynn) and Joann Warfield (Ray); and his grandchildren, Taylar Stuard, Kenneth Meek, Jr. (Melina), Dustin Meek (Chelsey) and Taren Clayton. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
