He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo and Dolores; and his sister Sharon Ball. He is survived by: his wife Cecilia; his children, John Pemberton, Michael Pemberton, James Pemberton, Theresa Grijalva (James) and Phyllis Nomura (Jeffrey); his grandchildren, Kelsey Rose Bricker (Paul), Eric Groves, Myles Newton, Rosalie, Louis and Carmen Grijalva; and his great grandchildren, Cameron and Brady Bricker.
