He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Wyndham Higgins, Sr. and Grace Higgins (Uren); and his former wife Alice. He is survived by: his wife Marlene Skedsvold; his son Jason Higgins (late Alice) of Sherwood, ND; and his stepsons, Jon Skedsvold of Fargo, ND and Casey Skedsvold.
