He was predeceased by: his parents, Philip Mann and Mary Mann (Deck); his wife Mary; and his son Charles. He is survived by: his children, Duane (Sherry), James (Brenda), Philip (Colleen), Michael (Terrie) and Mary Jane Moravec (Dan); his daughter-in-law Monica Mann (DeeDee); and his siblings-in-law, Betsy Machacek and Jim Machacek (Marsha). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grand child and numerous nieces and nephews.
