She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Olson and Mae Olson (Rodgers); her husband John L. O'Hara; her son Russell; and her siblings, Kenneth, Alvin Olson, Betty Forker and Vernice Thom.
She is survived by: her children, Jan Johnson of Grafton, ND, Jolene Tollefson (Kenneth) of Milton, ND, Joann Staples (Norval) of Hamilton, ND, Robin O'Hara (Nong) of Milton, ND, Jodi O'Hara and Tim Larson of Milton, ND. She is also survived by her 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
