He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole E. M. and Helga Olson (Bratlie); his wife Marjorie Welsh; and his siblings, Andrew (Helen), Henry (Bernice), Erling (Anna Mae), Olin (Ethel), Lloyd (Elizabeth), Alda Raeder (Duaine), Hans and June Marsden (Howard).
He is survived by: his children, Mary Lobato (Daniel) of Windsor, CO, Nancy Coyle (Wayne) of Langdon, ND, Linda Heyd (Donald) of LaMoure, ND, Laura Bisenius (Michael) of Grand Forks, ND and Curtis Olson of Grand Forks, ND; his grandchildren, Carrie Miller (Jeremiah), Chad Coyle, Lisa Hawley (Dean), Sara Duplex (Chris), Daniel J. Lobato, Jamie Coyle (Amanda), Matthew Bisenius (Megan), Becky Heyd, David Bisenius (Cassandra), Michelle Chavez (Jesse) and Andrea Bisenius; his sister Helga Schuschke (Dennis); his siblings-in-law, Anna Olson and Jim Welsh; and his pet Miss Kitty. He is also survived by eighteen great-grandchildren.
