He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lothspeich Sr. and Rose Lothspeich (Dirkes); and his brothers, Harold, Edward, Eugene, Don, Gerald, Frank and Leon.
He is survived by: his wife Iris Ann (Fischer); his children, Geraldine King (Bradley) of Walhalla, Linda Brown (Christopher) of Grand Forks, Mary Severson (Robert) of Fargo, Daniel Lothspeich (Denise) of Fargo and Julie Johnson (Corey) of Langdon; his grandchildren, Nicholas, Kelsey King, Kate Boehmke (Brad), Liz Hoffner (Eric), David Brown, Matthew (Janene), Luke Brehmer (Emily), Natalie Kollman (Zack), Taylor Severson, Kaylee Lothspeich, Kourtney Meyer (Brady), Kyle Lothspeich, Max, Landin (Brynn) and Travis Johnson; his great grandchildren, Alivia, Jules Boehmke, Pierce, Reid Hoffner and William Kollman; his siblings, Marlin Lothspeich and Anna Hagen (Larry); and his sister-in-law Rosemary Lothspeich (Harold). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
