She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Chaput and Fern Chaput (Marcelin); her husband Robert Otto; her sisters, Betty Rae and Donna Jean; her grandson Aaron Otto; and her great grandchild Ezekial Tuttle.
She is survived by: her children, Alan (Lori) of Mesa, AZ, Lori Goering (Don) of Fargo, ND, Mark Otto (Tamy) of Fountain Hills, AZ, Gena Marcussen (Doug) of Ada, MN, Kent (Yonic) of Orlando, FL and Ryan of Mesa, AZ; her grandchildren, Andrew Otto, Austin Otto, Bryan Berkland, Ashton Otto, Alex Tuttle (Alauna), Evan Tuttle (Danielle), Mat Marcussen (Merissa), Chris Marcussen (Alison), Natalie Helgerson (Noah), Aiden Marcussen and Izabel Marcussen; her great grandchildren, Chloe, Caleb, Cara Tuttle and Finley Helgerson; and her siblings, Del Chaput, Mary Lou Schissler, Darlene Brooks, David Chaput and Joe Chaput. She is also survived by several in-laws, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorials be directed to the Michael J. Fox Parkinson Foundation.
