He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Moen and Myrtle Moen (Iverson); his sister Norma Stoy; his niece Jill Anseth; his nephew Max Anseth; and his siblings-in-law, Judy Moen and Lyle Stotz.
He is survived by: his siblings, David (Eileen), Linda Anseth (Tom), Diane Stotz and Betty Fiedler (Jim). He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
