It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Norman Ames Goehring of Lamoure, North Dakota, who passed away on October 30, 2022, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Goehring and Ruth Goehring (Ames); his siblings, Ray, Bernard, John and Rhoda Roscoe; and his son-in-law Dan Stoflet.
He is survived by: his significant other Yolanda "Sue" Martin; his children, Barbara, Debra Hennagir (Doug) of Bismarck, ND, David Goehring (Charlotte) of Franklin, WI and Barb Plehal (Tim) of Litchfield, MN; his grandchildren, Angela Howard (Dan), Amber Sheridan (John), Nicolas Lavoie (Melissa) and Natalie Stoflet (Neal Gerlach); his great grandchildren, Isabelle Howard, Evan Sheridan, Owen Sheridan and Lexi Sheridan; his siblings, Lawrence Goehring (Susan) of Edgley, ND, Jean Lyon of Bristol, TN and Marian Whitman of Catonsville, MD; and his siblings-in-law, Marie Goehring of Dickey, ND, Beverly Dunn (Eddie), Sara Freier (Terry), Mikelyn Kishpaugh (Jon) and Bruce Inman (Sarah).
