He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Arndt and Gladys Arndt (Gordon); his son-in-law Jody Lacina; and his sister Donna Nelson (Warren). He is survived by: his wife Imogene Stemen; his uncle Delmar Gordon; his children, Lynn Arndt (Marianne), Susan Lacina of Fullerton and Mary Anderson (Neil); and his siblings, Charles Arndt (Anna) of LaMoure and Carolyn Arndt Pesicka of Sioux Falls, SD..
