She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Stemen and Gelia Stemen (Bergh); her husband James Arndt; her parents-in-law, Arthur and Gladys Arndt; her son-in-law Jody Lacina; her brother-in-law Thomas Waldie; her sister Donna; and her brother-in-law Warren Nelson.
She is survived by: her children, Lynn Arndt (Marianne) of LaMoure, ND, Susan Lacina of Fullerton, ND and Mary (Neil); her siblings, Howard Stemen (Marilynne) of Dickey, ND and Jeannette; her siblings-in-law, Charles Arndt (Anna) of LaMoure, ND and Carolyn Arndt Embertson of Crosslake, MN.; and her grandchildren, Jenny Wagner, Andy Lacina, Derek Arndt, Michael Arndt, Cole Anderson, Lucas Anderson, Bethany DelaBarre and Jill Lacina. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
