She is survived by: her husband William Watkins; and her children, Craig Watkins of Huron, SD, Vince Watkins (Judy) of LaMoure, ND, Dorothy Shippen (John) of Prescott Valley, AZ, Ken Watkins (Elena) of Durham, NC and Lisa Gerard (Eric) of Watertown, WI. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
