He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Thompson and Cecile Thompson (Balsley); his spouses, Janet Munro and Bonnie (Howard-Phillips); his stepdaughter Shannon Marie Thomas (Wet) of Las Vegas, NV; and his stepgranddaughter Audrey Jean.
