He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Thompson and Helen Thompson (Haugen). He is survived by: his wife Eileen (Dahl); his children, Kathy Rodgers (Leith) of Grand Forks, ND and David Thompson (Fran); his grandchildren, Joe Pikarski, Jaden Swanson (Adam), Ryan Thompson (Laura), Randy Thompson (Breanne) and Ross Thompson; his great grandchild Sonder Joe Swanson; and his sister Connie Ericksrud. He is also survived by two great grandchildren.
The family requests memorials to the Lakota Cemetery or Lakota Lutheran window renovation fund.
