He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Johnson and Marie Johnson (Gulland); his wife Betty Lee of Kindred; his daughter Pamela Jo; his brothers, Leon and Allen; his parents-in-law, Erick and Lorraine Lee; his siblings-in-law, Virginia, Janet, Vivian, Eunice and Lorell Lee; his nephew Mike Carey; and his niece Teresa Lee.
He is survived by: his daughter Heather Aikin (Marcus) of Bloomington, MN; his granddaughters, Brynja and Ivy; his siblings, Jerroll, Rollin (Jeanne) and Carol (Harlan); his close friend Elsie; and his siblings-in-law, Roger, Erick Jr., Barb and Sylvia. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Memorials are preferred to the Great Plains Food Bank or hospice organization in Lyle's name.
