He was predeceased by: his brother Gabriel "Gabe" Garness; and his grandparents, Charles Sr., Catherine Grady (Vondall), Leonard and Opal Garness (Hasby).
He is survived by: his parents, Allen Sr. Garness and Loretta Garness (Grady) of New Town; his children, Karissa of Dickinson, Autumn (Fabian Sotelo) of Dunn Center, Justyna of Dunn Center, Zoe of Dunn Center, Rylee of Dunn Center and Gage of Dunn Center; his granddaughters, Esmee and Kahlia; and his sister Michelle Cook (Wayne) of New Town.
