He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Holter and Mariea Holter (Stewart); his children, Jeff Holter, Ryan Holter and Tamara Rudland (Curt); and his niece Mariea.
He is survived by: his wife Denise Burwell; his stepson Richard Beeter; his grandchildren, Xylis, Jaxson, Axle, Gage, Brickston, Alysun, Caileigh, Tyson, Beau, Triston, Aydon and Axelynn; his sister Rose Holter of Flaxville, MT; and his nephew Doug.
