He was predeceased by: his mother Judy Emmel (Soiseth); and his brother Clifford "Cliffy" Emmel. He is survived by: his wife Donna Rudland; his children, Andrew Emmel (Amanda), Mindy Quigley (Luke) of Bowbells, ND and Michelle Emmel-Bauer; his father Clifford Emmel, Sr. (Kenmare); his grandchildren, Arlowe, Alivia Emmel, Tanner, Rylee, MacKenzie, Spencer Quigley, Isabel Bauer and Gemma Greenup; and his sister Angela Jones. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and other extended family.
