He is survived by: his father Gilbert Weltikol; his former wife Merry Kittelson; his sons, Lee Weltikol (Kristen) and Dusty Weltikol (Shelby Ward); his grandchild Aira; and his nieces and nephews, Tom Weltikol Jr., Jeremy Weltikol, Kristen Weltikol, Ashley Sundsbak (Chris), Andrea Bruner (Chris) and Larry.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, private family services will be held.
