He is survived by: his spouse Juletta Welters; his uncle Pete; his children, Marilyn Titus (Paul) of Mohall, ND, Mark Essler (Carol), Leon Essler, Elaine Petrick (Steve), Barbara Doty (Gary), Dennis Essler (Kae), Rodney Essler (Connie), Carol Dinius (Denny), Michael Essler (Renae), Steven Essler (Josie), Jeff Essler (Christen), Mary Roll (Brent) and Julie Garneau (Pat); and his sister Anna Mae Haskamp of Sauk Centre, MN. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
