She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Kingsley and Annie Kingsley (Aaenson); her former husband Harold Chadwick; her siblings, Marilyn Nelson and Myron Kingsley; and her sister-in-law Colleen Kingsley.
She is survived by: her husband Leo Thomas; her children, Tarri Wenstad (Cliff), Crystal Shorb, Erik Chadwick (Sheri), Kevin Thomas (GaeMari), Kenny Thomas (Jodi), Brenda Glinz (Mark) and Barb Schafer (Dennis); and her brothers, Richard Kingsley (Kerrie), Harlon Kingsley (Carolyn), Ronald Kingsley (Mona), Keith Kingsley (Kim), Bryan Kingsley, William Kingsley (Mary) and Kevin Kingsley (Ronda). She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
