He is survived by: his father Kenneth Raymond Billing; his son Kenny Barczewski; his mother Imogene McGee; and his siblings, Raymond Billing, Jackie Renbarger, Sherry Sanders and Douglas Billing. He is also survived by seven nieces and nephews, and three great nieces.
