He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Fornes and Madge Fornes (Brooks); and his brother Melvin. He is survived by: his wife Eunice Lokken; his children, Corey Fornes (Lana), Verne Fornes, Gloria Trautman (Steve), Grace Savant (John) and Ebe Fornes (Crystal); his grandchildren, Sean Hensen (Michelle), James Fornes (Bekah), Christopher Fornes, Stephanie Roelfsema (Kyle), Jessica (John), Day, Megan Trautman, Dylan Savant and Katie Savant; and his great grandchildren, Cyndey Hensen, Ian Hensen, Parker Roelfsema, Riley Roelfsema, John O, Day Vth and Jocelyn O.
