The memory of Murel Adele Nitschke of Jud, North Dakota, who passed away on February 3, 2025 at the age of 94, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvina Tompkins (Fischer) and Glen K. Tompkins; her significant other Rudy (Rudy); her son James Nitschke; and her siblings, Douglas, Darryl and Dorraine.
She is survived by: her children, Renee Opp (Robert) of Arvada, CO, Brian Nitschke, Kevin Nitschke (Teri) of Lincoln, ND, Corey Nitschke (Susie) and Sheri Mackey.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Haut Funeral Home (1101 5th Ave NE, Jamestown, ND 58401). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the St Paul's United Methodist Church (1000 5th Ave NE, Jamestown, ND 58401).
