He was predeceased by: his parents, James Oxtoby and Agnes Oxtoby (Romstad). He is survived by: his wife Ethel; his children, Leslee Larson (Keith) and Steve Oxtoby (Kristy); his grandchildren, Samuel Larson, Benjamin Larson (Jill), Anna Michel (Cody), Lucas Oxtoby (Sarah) and Melissa Oxtoby; and his sister Karen Sund (Bill). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
