He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Mickelson and Kathryn Mickelson (Fletcher); and his brother Rick (Sheila). He is survived by: his daughters, Tiffanie Mickelson, Mikki Mickelson and Teri Ann Castillo (Jacob); his brothers, Jerry Clark (Carole Ann), Miles, Brant (Deza), Wayne (Ronnie) and Joe; his sisters-in-law, Jean (Mark), Sherry (Alex) and Joyce; his grandchildren, Landon (Jamie), Arya and Peyton; and his great grandchildren, Noa and Tara.
