It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ronald Berg of Jamestown, North Dakota, born in Valley City, North Dakota, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ole Berg and Cecelia Berg (Hass); and his siblings, Don, Jim, John Berg, Beverly Hanson, Judy Perry and Betty Kratzke.
He is survived by: his wife Evelyn of Jamestown; his stepdaughter Alayne Iwen (Tim) of Arthur, ND; his grandchildren, Koty Kliever (Matt) of Abbotsford, BC and Tyler Iwen of Arthur, ND; his great grandchildren, Ellie, David and Joseph Kliever; his son Dennis Stampka of Great Falls, MT; his grandson Brody Freeburg; and his sister Barb Hanson of Jamestown. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
