He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Wanzek and Agnes Wanzek of Windsor; and his siblings, Vincent, Jerome, Casimer, Leo, Ronald, Alfonsus, Isabel Maddock and Virginia Weckman.
He is survived by: his wife Alice Wahl; his children, Dwane Wanzek (Joan), Patty Wanner (Ralph), Mike Wanzek, Dennis Moorhead (Mari), Dean Wanzek, Lisa Reich (Troy) and Kristi Oscarson (Mike); his grandchildren, Joe, Jeremy, Stacy, Alicia, Crystal, Levi, Ashley, Michael, Matthew, Tawni, Riley, Simon, Mabel, Zac, Zeb, Ethan, Hannah and Abby; and his siblings, Marvin Wanzek (Donna) and Dorothy Flynn of Moorhead, MN.. He is also survived by 21 great grandchildren.
He struggled with Alzheimer's over the past few years.
