He was predeceased by: his parents, Alex Jawaski and Olga Jawaski (Koorney); his sisters, Ann Bergerson, Agnes Wegner, Helen Meiklejohn, Marcella Jawaski and Magdalena Jawaski; and his brothers-in-law, Melvin Wegner, Harry Ketterling, Neil Bergerson, Robert Meiklejohn and Gerald Berube.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Banish; his children, Pam Haugen (Clay), Reid Jawaski, Royce Jawaski (Lori) and Randy Jawaski; his grandsons, Josh Haugen (Mary), Brady Jawaski and Cody Jawaski; his great grandchildren, Elexis Haugen and Alexander Haugen; and his siblings, Martha Berube, Esther Ketterling, Mae Jawaski and Fred Jawaski.
