She was predeceased by: her parents, James Samek and Mary Samek (Zastoupil); her spouse Laudie Cherney of Forbes, ND.; her siblings, Mary, Margaret, Mildred, Georgie Ann, Valentine, George, Laudie, Wenzel, Bernard and Benny; her grandson Matthew; and her great grandchild Maggie.
She is survived by: her children, Dave Cherney (Terry Cherney), Patty Offerdahl (Dave), Tim Cherney (Angie) and Linda Stafford (Tom); and her siblings, Vitrus, Steve, Frank and Bertha. She is also survived by Sixteen grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren.
