He is survived by: his daughter Kristie Hermanson (Dan) of Zimmerman, MN; his stepchildren, Rodney Gums (Robin) of Jamestown, ND and Rayette Brown (Don) of Jamestown, ND; his grandchildren, Tanner Hermanson, Ryan Hermanson, Karly Hermanson, Mike Gums, Amy Remboldt, Matt Walters, Chris Walters and Jason Gums; his great grandchildren, Alex Gums, McKenzie Remboldt, Sheena Walters, Brantley Walters, Emma Leigh Walters, Taylor Moser, Alyssa Gums and Brady Gums; and his sister Esther Maier of Wishek, ND..
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Haut Funeral Home (1101 5th Ave NE, Jamestown, ND 58401). A prayer was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at the Gackle Cemetery (375 Spruce St W, Gackle, ND 58442).
