He was predeceased by: his parents, Art Miller and Irene Miller (Tatarek); his siblings, Bobbi Agnew, Susanne Beard, Lorraine Demers, Thomas Miller, James Miller and LeRoy Miller; his nephews, Andy Yogerst, Cory Miller and Terry Miller; and his in-laws, Harold and Arlene Mickelson.
He is survived by: his wife Kathy Miller; his son Justin (Samantha Miller); his granddaughters, Anizye Grode and Izabelle Miller; and his siblings, Mary (Bill Jensen), Linda (Wendell Vigen), Wendy (Pat Falter), Alice Boncher, Michael (Geri Miller) and Marvin (Mary Jo Miller). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
