She was predeceased by: her parents, Sam Harr and Bertha Harr; her siblings, Vernon Harr, Vivian Comeau and James Harr (Patty); and her son Gary Biloff.
She is survived by: her former husband Virgil Biloff; her husband Richard Dixon; her children, Melody Kemmet and William Biloff; her sister Mary Morford; her sister-in-law Cleo Harr; and her grandchildren, Shawn Zimney (Stacy), Benjamin Biloff (Sara), Jessie Biloff (Larissa), Sarah Kemmet (Dan Lipp), Samantha Colvin (Cade), Dylan Biloff, Jade Biloff and Lindsay Rowell. She is also survived by many great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
