He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Palmer and Elva Palmer; his wife Theresa Palmer; and his sister Darlene Palmer. He is survived by: his children, Michael Palmer (Vickie), Lori McGarry (Terry), Kevin Palmer (Danette), Fergus Falls and Daniel Palmer (Lisa); his siblings, Lorraine Sande (Gerry) and Loran Palmer (Dori); his close friend Lenora Kutz of Jamestown, ND.; his grandchildren, Erica Pfaff, Mason Clayton, Madison Palmer, Jeff Koble, Kelsey Koble, Sam Palmer, Nate Palmer, Morgan Schreiner and MacKenzie Palmer; and his great grandchildren, Bentley Pfaff, Briar Pfaff and Wyatt Davis.
