With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Leona Weisser of Jamestown, North Dakota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 10, 2025 at the age of 97. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Moos and Marie Moos (Mayer); her husband Ted; her daughter Marlene; her granddaughter Becca Jo; and her siblings, Leon, Albert, Arthur, Pauline, Reuben, Leonard, Irene, Robert and Clarence.
She is survived by: her daughter JoAnn Weisser; her grandchildren, Robert Olson, Sarah Kurle (Matt) and Heather Hagel; her great grandchildren, Hunter and Shelby; and her great great grandchild Huntley.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. John's Lutheran Church (424 1st Ave S, Jamestown, ND 58401). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
