She was predeceased by: her parents, Nick Gauer and Marry Gauer (Tavis); and her husband William M. Erling. She is survived by: her son William Erling (Sheila); and her siblings, JoAnn Eastman (Pat) of Deadwood, SD, Kathleen Szarkowski (William) of Coquille, OR, Donna Mayer of Jamestown, ND, Jeffry Erling (Deb) of Kensal, ND and Mary (Dan). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren.
