He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hakanson and Helen Hakanson (Schrum). He is survived by: his wife Connie; his children, Michael, Mark, Marie (Tony), Monty (Savanna) and Mandy (Roger); and his brothers, Carl, Charles and Roy. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, five great grandchildren.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 2:30 PM at the Sunset Memorial Gardens (3225 ND-20, Jamestown, ND 58401).
