He is survived by: his wife Kim; his daughters, Kayla of Mesa, AZ and Brenna Foerderer (Avery); his sister Patti Thoele-Bates (Scott); his sister-in-law Janet Thoele; his uncles, Karl Thoele (Edith) and Kenny Wallert (Sharon); and his parents-in-law, Mark Lee (Dixie), Rick Lee (Lori), Rhonda Schlenker (Mark) and Margie Lee Farley of Jamestown. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces and nephews.
