He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Frey and Adeline Frey (Koehn); and his siblings, Norman, Donald, Esther and Margery.
He is survived by: his wife Judith Frey (Tesky); his daughters, Kelly Fredricks (John), Carrie Roemmich (Scott) and Tammy Kelly (Pat); his stepchildren, Van Pray (Emiko) and Piper Pray; and his grandchildren, Kelsey, Kimberly, Sarah, John, Jaclyn, Michael, Nicole, Jayme, Alicia, Joshua and Berit. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
